CALENDAR OF EVENTS

Most of our programs are free. If a program or event requires a participation fee, you must pay the fee in full to reserve your spot. When we announce an event or program that requires registration and/or a fee, we will provide the link to do so online.

If you’d like to attend one of our programs, but all available spots are already full, call Discover O.P. to ask about joining a waiting list. We offer waiting lists for select events to give other people a chance to join an event if one of the original participants cancels.

If you’re on the waiting list and a spot opens up, we will contact you to reserve your spot and, where applicable, take payment for the participation fee.

We have programs for visitors of every age and stage of life, from pre-schoolers to seniors, and everyone in between. No matter who you are, you have a place at Discover O.P.

You can find age restrictions/recommendations in the event description where applicable. If you have any questions about whether an event is suitable for you or your child, or need recommendations about which events may be the best fit, call Discover O.P.

For programs requiring registration, we will reserve your place only after receiving the full participation fee. Up to 7 days before a program begins, you can request a refund, minus a 20% handling charge.

If you cancel within 7 days of your program, the fee is nonrefundable unless there is a waiting list, in which case we will issue a refund minus a 20% handling charge.

If Discover O.P. cancels a program, you will receive a full refund of your participation fee.

The best place to find information about Discover O.P.’s programs and events is here, on our calendar page. We update this page regularly to list all our upcoming events. You can check our social media for more information about our programs and events, as well as other events in Downtown Overland Park. Also, we encourage you to sign up for our newsletter so you can be part of the first group to hear about events going on at Discover O.P.
