Jose's Taco Sauce

Everything you remember about this warm, delicious sauce is available to you. The Jose's Taco Sauce is the same sauce that the 4 Jose's Mexican Dining restaurants served at every table with a basket of chips. It was always served warm, and was wonderful. It is not salsa. It is sauce, with an onion base. No other restaurant served anything like it. Patrons would devour the sauce, and when the restaurants closed in the late 80's, people really missed it. Jose's had 4 locations at their peak: one at 95th & Mission (original location in Kansas), one at 95th & Antioch (took over the former Red Barn fast food restaurant), one at Georgetown Marketplace by Shawnee Mission Med Center, and their Missouri location in Watts Mill, known as the Shutter Inn. Locally owned by the Ingolia family. It was family Mexican dining, and wonderful. This is the original sauce still produced by the owner's daughter, Nina Ingolia Ward! . Sorry, no shipping. IN-STORE PURCHASE ONLY at our office location.
